3/18/2020 Rehearsal COVID-CANCELLED

Hello all,
I have been thinking quite a bit lately about this whole COVID-19 issue and how it affects our orchestra. I’ve been watching the chaos around this troubling issue and considered the many factors around it. We are currently under state and national states of emergency. To my knowledge, there haven’t been any Warren county cases reported yet but several of our members are in “high risk” categories. Hackettstown and many other schools are closed, which prohibits many groups from use of their rehearsal buildings but not us. The 1st Presbyterian Church is closed but I believe we could use our space without issue.

Lots of Pros and Cons here. Those who know me, know that I don’t cancel lightly. That said…

After much deliberation, I have decided to CANCEL this week, 3/18/20.
At this time, I am planning on holding the 3/25 rehearsal AS USUAL.

I will be sure to notify everyone next week to confirm.
